Taking care of an elderly loved one is stressful on a good day. Managing medications & appointments is a critical part of their health and wellbeing. Help is needed.

LevelUp Meds is a software app designed to organize and coordinate care among multiple caregivers who may be caring for multiple loved ones.

LevelUp Meds WebApp is being designed with you in mind. Our goal is to create an app that is easy to use, allows cross communication among multiple caregivers who are caring for one or more loved ones who need their assistance.

2026 - 2027 Senior Capstone Teams from PFW

That's right! This year there are two teams of students working to perfect the LevelUp Meds WebApp. The WebApp can be found at https://levelup-meds.com. The students welcome your feedback and suggestions...info@levelup-meds.com. Please be respectful. The students have chosen to work on this app to gain experience in the real world and expand their skill sets. Teams and their projects are listed below.

The teams are a part of the Senior Capstone Project at Purdue Ft. Wayne in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.

UI/UX Consistency & Usability Improvements project

The team leader is Dylan Thomas Buzard. Keaton Hammack, Emerick Moseby, Ethen Madden and Allen Hawkins round out one Senior Capstone team.

UI is the Geek acronym for the User Interface. UX is the Geek acronym for User Experience. Their project centers around the user's experience and how easy the app is to use and navigate. They will also consider how good the app looks. Other considerations include ADA adaptations where possible.

Push Notification & Multi-Channel Alert System for LevelUp Meds

Their team leader is Caio Souza. Parisha Devi, Andhithi Hariharan, Dawson Novotny, Mathew Wise round out the second Senior Capstone team.

This team will work on notifications via emails and texts. Users will be allowed to choose what type of notifications and which ones to receive. The team would like input on what notifications are the most important. LevelUp Meds won't send notifications about changes a user would make within the app without permission. Example: changes in medications, appointment times and dates and chat communications, etc.
