Coordinating, Communicating, & Organizing...

LevelUp Meds is designed with multiple levels of communication for caregiver(s) who are caring for one or more loved ones.

More than 40 million people in the US are unpaid caregivers. Most often caring for aging parents or grandparents. A portion of these caregivers not only care for aging loved ones, they have children living at home. Husbands, wives and partners take care of aging relatives and their children at the same time. Then there are those families with siblings taking care of parents or other relatives as well.

Caregiving  is not limited family. There are medical staff, doctors, nurses, at home care, hospice and much more. For the unpaid family members trying to managing their own lives and care for the loved one(s) in need, managing help from inside and outside the core family group becomes exponentially complex. The LevelUp Meds app is designed to coordinate care in one convenient place.

“Family caregivers are a backbone of our health and long-term care systems—often providing complex care with little or no training, sacrificing their financial future and their own health, and too often doing it alone,” said AARP CEO Myechia Minter-Jordan.

Coordinating, Communicating, & Organizing...

The American population is aging. Over the next generation the number of people 65 and older will double. When multiple family members share the responsibility of caring for a loved one(s) communication becomes critical. Our app allows multiple caregivers to communicate, coordinate and organize care. The app supports 4 languages. (More can be added as needed.) We have calendar, chat and note features to help caregivers communicate critical information between themselves reducing the possibility of miss communication that leaves the loved one in need without the care they need.

Using our calendar feature...

The calendar allows the caregiver to see medications schedules and appointments in one place. More details can be accessed from here. Medications and appointments can be seen under individual loved one's profiles as well.

Communicating via the chat feature...

Managing medications & appointments...

The LevelUp Meds app includes a chat feature just for the caregiver(s). This allows everyone the opportunity to know who will do what, for whom and when reducing the probability of miscommunication. (The care recipient(s) can even be allowed to use this feature if they are capable.)  There is a note feature to communicate specific details.

Medications and appointments are logged and can be tracked. The LevelUp app allows caregivers to see who is setting up med, giving med, taking a loved one to an appointment. There is an option to track when medications have been given or reported taken.
